Hello! I really enjoy reading your blog and looking at all your beautiful delicious pictures! I was looking at your ham and sausage buns post, and was just wondering, what kind of bread machine do you have? I am going to purchase one, but I'm not sure which would be the most economical with the best functions. I definately want a good kneading function thats for sure! Lol, well let me know! Thanks a lot! And happy baking =).Jo.
Hi HHBXing Nian Kwai Le & Happy Baking!Nice caligraphy there!rgds
Your blog is so beautiful! I tried making your toast animal a few weeks ago and they were nowhere as cute as yours! :)You've been tagged for a meme! http://bakeat350.blogspot.com/2008/02/meme.html~Bridget
Hi Jo, I bought my breadmachine from carrefour...there house brand, bluesky, it was around S$70...not a high end machine, but comes with the basic functions. I don't think the kneading function of a bread machine will be that good as a stand alone heavy duty mixer. Hope this helps!Hi Xan, thanks!Bridget, thanks for tagging me :)
