Are the heating elements located at the bottom of your oven? Could it be the reason why the bottom got burnt and the top was pale (under baked)? As every oven works different, you will have to test it, experiment with the temperature to get to know how you oven behaves. I am sure with more practice you will be able to bake a nice batch of muffins, hope this helps :)Happy Homebakerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15310704979379806678noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4805570821469912515.post-36427038639494776162012-09-09T16:03:20.102+08:002012-09-09T16:03:20.102+08:00hi, not sure whether my post is posted? cos it doe...hi, not sure whether my post is posted? cos it doesnt say succesful, hehe.<br />hope it is successful, i have another problem that need advise. the bottom of my muffin is burnt.and it doesnt 'erupt' like urs so it dosnt look lik muffin.heheh HELP!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4805570821469912515.post-1964104519525980202012-09-09T13:23:56.100+08:002012-09-09T13:23:56.100+08:00Hi, i need advise.i tried with this recipe but hah...Hi, i need advise.i tried with this recipe but haha doesn look lik cupcake lools quite pale.i using convection oven Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4805570821469912515.post-18260926691817455632012-06-04T11:30:33.356+08:002012-06-04T11:30:33.356+08:00hi Lw, thanks so much for your kind words, I hope ...hi Lw, thanks so much for your kind words, I hope I can continue blogging as long as I can :)Happy Homebakerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15310704979379806678noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4805570821469912515.post-76498056048026133602012-06-03T13:44:40.246+08:002012-06-03T13:44:40.246+08:00hi HHB, i tried 3 of ur receipes n its great! not ...hi HHB, i tried 3 of ur receipes n its great! not too sweet as well. pls keep doing what u do, its lovely! i love that ur receipes r so simple and doable and saves so much time :)Lwnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4805570821469912515.post-86398504821786007002011-12-30T23:10:05.086+08:002011-12-30T23:10:05.086+08:00so delicious;)so delicious;)Waniliowa Chmurkahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10015601161475885798noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4805570821469912515.post-72968060595995107912011-04-28T19:04:54.427+08:002011-04-28T19:04:54.427+08:00You just saved my day!
