For this bread, it won't stay as soft due to the recipe (use less butter and no eggs). You can keep your bread in air tight container, and toast it before serving and it should taste as good as fresh from the oven.Happy Homebakerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15310704979379806678noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4805570821469912515.post-8875314305388788862009-05-22T14:34:51.436+08:002009-05-22T14:34:51.436+08:00Hi, I tried this recipe, my very first bread :) Th...Hi, I tried this recipe, my very first bread :) The bread is awesome. Keep up the good work.

The first recipe I tried was hokkaido milk bread. It was fantastic. However, when I tried the sweet bun recipe and now you latest recipe, the dough somehow is very sticky. I used the machine to kneed for 30 mins and hand kneed it for more. However, it's still sticky, not like the texture for milk loaf. Because of that, I can't really make any nice shapes. The end result wasn't that bad though.

Any tips you can give to make the dough not as sticky?

Thanks in advance!

IvSquirrelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14630200698835772577noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4805570821469912515.post-41940338507469134702009-05-14T09:29:00.000+08:002009-05-14T09:29:00.000+08:00You write beautifully in Chinese. You write beautifully in Chinese.Edithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12743536843148739774noreply@blogger.com
