Since then, I've tried baking this fruit pastry cake twice. Obviously the first time wasn't very successful as the cake was too moist. Not sure what caused it.

Second time, I tried to tap dry the fruits after wash (used only strawberries & blueberries) for used next day. The texture was good and cake yummy. You're right, it is addictive. Now I'm planning to bake a few of this small one for my friends to eat over the National Day holiday.

Thanks to your blog!

FiFi Fihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14954565429247924732noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4805570821469912515.post-75103217661220678092013-07-13T19:44:27.412+08:002013-07-13T19:44:27.412+08:00Hi Jer, I do not know the origin of this cake, as ...Hi Jer, I do not know the origin of this cake, as for the mini oreo cheesecake it is likely originated from the states, but I am really not sure.Happy Homebakerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15310704979379806678noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4805570821469912515.post-6677294852330573762013-07-12T11:50:47.115+08:002013-07-12T11:50:47.115+08:00Hi HHB, do u by any chance happen to know which co...Hi HHB, do u by any chance happen to know which country this dessert originate from?
